2008 July > Protect & Plant Trees

Greenwood Park's Horticulture Committee was very excited to invite SNAP to its first ever "Protect and Plant Tree's Event. The green venue featured community planting activities and educational and recreational opportunities for adults and kids. Roughly three months ago the Greenwood Park was re-done, as friends of the Greenwood overhauled the park with all shades of green. Now in it's next stage, with its freshly planted trees and bustling waterpark the park is well on its way to being one of Toronto's finest. Come out and check out the action at Greenwood Park at 150 Greenwood Avenue.
