2008 July > Rotary Lobster Dinner

The Rotary Clubs of East York and Toronto Beach welcomed guests to Rotary Lobster Night at Whistler's Restaurant, in support of Geneva Centre for Autism. Since 1974, Geneva Centre for Autism has been a Canadian and International leader in providing the best clinical practice and support for individuals living with autism. Guest speaker Matt Green, who is himself autistic, touched on what what it's like to live with autism and how the Geneva Centre has helped him out immensely. All funds raised through ticket sales for the dinner, as well as 50/50 raffle tickets and silent auction bids will go towards the Geneva Centre for Autism. The Rotary Clubs also held a Lobster Dinner the following evening in support of Providence Healthcare's Alzheimer Day Program.
